Phuc Sinh Corporation issues social responsibility policy to regulate and guide compliance
with the requirements of the Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard, and the
requirements of Vietnam’s law on social responsibility.

Phuc Sinh Corporation issues environmental policy to regulate the implementation of
farming and production activities towards ensuring a less polluted environment.

The Management Board of the Sustainable Coffee Development Project – Phuc Sinh
Corporation is well aware of the importance of gender equality, legitimate rights and
women’s empowerment.

Phuc Sinh Corporation is committed to maintaining high standards of human rights in its
production and business activities and in affected areas including preventing and
addressing child labor, forced labor, discrimination, workplace violence and harassment
issues.
The Company is committed to transparency and continuously improving human rights
with a focus on building management systems capacity to improve human rights
outcomes rather than the ways approaches that can lead to concealed human rights
violations.

bribery. The company has established this policy to commit to its responsibility for exemplary
anti-fraud and corruption, conduct business ethically and transparently, and adhere to
business principles for anti-corruption; corruption in any form. This policy is also to ensure
that: The company adheres to appropriate business practices and proactively reduces risks
from fraud and corruption.

HEALTH – SAFETY – THE ENVIRONMENT POLICY (HSE)

Phuc Sinh Group is one of the first companies in the production and export of agricultural
products in Vietnam. At Phuc Sinh Group, health, safety, and environmental responsibility are
among the core values that senior leaders commit to implementing and maintaining. All of our
operations are always conducted in a way that does not harm people and protects the
environment and the communities in which we operate.
Phuc Sinh Group expects all of its employees and contractors to always behave in accordance
with the values, commitments, and principles in this policy.
This HSE policy is disseminated to all employees and relevant parties as well as Phuc Sinh’s
commitment to confidentiality to relevant parties. Phuc Sinh Group implements management
systems that enable continuous improvement of HSE and policy performance and effectiveness.

The Top leadership of Phuc Sinh Group understands and commits to always
setting the goal of sustainable development for the supply chain. Sustainable
procurement is a process that has the most positive impact on the
environment, society, and the economy. Sustainable procurement is one of
the tools for Phuc Sinh Group to consider its sustainability requirements and
its contribution to sustainable development.

Phuc Sinh Group acknowledges the significance of forests and peatlands as carbon-rich areas and habitats for endangered species. We have implemented policies to prioritize the protection of forests, natural landscapes, and ecosystems, while also safeguarding the rights of indigenous communities and local farmers residing in nearby regions. Additionally, we provide support in raising awareness about forest conservation, preserving natural ecosystems, and promoting harmonious coexistence with agricultural practices.

Since 2013, our focus has been on sustainable agriculture, and we have introduced various policies to foster sustainable agricultural development within our supply chain. We have taken proactive measures to safeguard vulnerable ecosystems, forests, and wildlife, while upholding human rights and individual rights.

We are fully committed to ensuring that all products within our supply chain have transparent origins and do not pose any risks of deforestation or illegal land conversion, in accordance with the law. We expect our suppliers and partners to actively contribute to forest protection, conservation of natural resources, avoidance of illegal land conversion, and respect for the rights and cultures of indigenous communities, while adhering to existing legislation.

This policy has been established and effectively communicated to all relevant suppliers and partners. We require all suppliers providing materials to us to pledge that 100% of their materials are free from any risks of deforestation or land conversion. In the event that any risks are identified in the products they supply, suppliers must promptly notify us, and we will initiate a recall and return of all affected products. We will not tolerate any attempts to conceal or provide products originating from deforestation or illegal land conversion. Immediate termination of cooperation will be enforced with any suppliers associated with such practices.

Furthermore, all suppliers and partners within our supply chain must commit to compliance with local laws, national anti-deforestation laws, avoidance of illegal land conversion, and respect for the culture and traditions of indigenous communities. They must also prioritize the protection of human rights and the rights of workers.

This policy is publicly disclosed and serves as a testament to our commitment in all our business production endeavors. Suppliers and partners have acknowledged receipt of this policy, demonstrated their understanding, and committed to full compliance with its provisions.
